Customer Service Representative with German and English

Join Page Personnel, a leading recruitment agency, and take on a challenging role as a Customer Operations Specialist with German and English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Call Handling: Manage customer calls, approximately 20 per day, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Automated Satisfaction Surveys: Transfer calls to an automated satisfaction survey system, aiming for a minimum 50% satisfaction rate and a client/supplier satisfaction score of 4.5 out of 5.
- Email Management: Handle and follow up on customer emails in a timely manner.
- Query Management: Manage queries originated in SC business via email, telephone, or child case.
- Genesys Tool: Follow up on customer queries received via phone call through the Genesys tool within 48 hours.
- SAP and ICON Systems: Analyze customer accounts in SAP and ICON systems.
- Outgoing Calls: Make outgoing calls for customer clarification requests.
- Service Contract Administration: Perform tasks related to service contract administration, including activation, adaptation, transfer, prolongation, termination, or suspension.
- Contract Archive: Archive contracts in a digital platform (SCAT).
- Welcome Letters: Print and send welcome letters to customers.
- Holiday Duties: Perform duties on holidays when required and approved by the TL beforehand.
- Technical Skills: Basic level and some experience in SAP/FI, medium level and some experience in MS office tools, especially Excel, and high level of English and German.
- Contract Terms: 3 months hired with Page Personnel + 3 months hired with Page Personnel + Permanent contract.
