- Email Management: Handle and follow up on customer emails in a timely manner, providing clear and concise responses.
- Query Management: Manage queries originated in SC business via email, telephone, or Child Case, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Genesys Tool: Follow up on customer queries received via phone call through the Genesys tool within 48 hours.
- SAP and ICON Systems: Analyze customer accounts in SAP and ICON systems to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Outgoing Calls: Make outgoing calls for customer clarification requests, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
- Service Contract Administration: Perform tasks related to service contract administration, including activation, adaptation, transfer, prolongation, termination, or suspension.
- Contract Archive: Archive contracts in a digital platform (SCAT) for easy access and management.
- Welcome Letters: Print and send out welcome letters to customers, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome.
- Holiday Coverage: Provide holiday coverage when required and approved by the TL beforehand.
- Technical Skills: Possess basic level and some experience in SAP/FI, medium level and some experience in MS office tools, especially Excel, and a high level of English and German.
- Contract Terms: Enjoy 3 months hired with Page Personnel + 3 months hired with Page Personnel + Permanent contract.
