Back Office Administrative Specialist with German and English

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Back Office Administrative Specialist to support our DACH market from our office in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing incidents and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners, providing a professional service by working proactively, and maintaining a high level of quality at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incidents and incoming inquiries from customers and business partners
- Support the back office team
- Be the main point of contact for business partners and internal customers
- Provide a professional service by working proactively
- Maintain a high level of quality at all times
- A basic understanding of financial accounting principles and concepts
- Prior experience in Customer Service /Technical support or Back office
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, being able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Knowledge of SAP or other Ticketing system is a plus
- Any experience in accounting is a plus
- Full-time position Monday to Friday
- Flexible working hours and hybrid working model (1 day in the office)
