Job Summary:
Mettler Toledo AG is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our sales international team as an International Back Office- Partners support. This role will be based in Barcelona, Spain, and will be responsible for providing proactive support to our global partners, sales team, and internal service providers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Generate quotes, manage general sales administration, and filing of documents, as well as support administrative trade compliance, contractual, and legal procedures related to channel partners and customers located globally.
- Customer Communication: Manage incoming calls and emails from partners and customers related to leads and opportunities, as well as administrative and operational questions.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare and create quotes for assigned partners, manage approval workflows, follow-up, revision, and closing.
- Contract Management: Ensure the validity of contracts and legal documents required by our partners.
- Data Management: Maintain updated CRM/ERP data.
- Event Support: Support our sales teams and business in organizing trainings and events (on-site and virtual).
- Supply Chain Support: Support and cooperate closely with our global supply chain teams in daily operation and housekeeping tasks.
Requirements:
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration, customer support, and contract management.
