International Back Office Partner Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Back Office Partner Support Specialist to join our sales international team based in Barcelona, Spain.
About the Role:The main purpose of this position is to provide proactive support to our global partners, sales team, and internal service providers by managing sales administration processes, generating quotes, and ensuring compliance with contractual and legal procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate quotes and manage sales administration tasks, including filing documents and supporting trade compliance.
- Manage incoming calls and emails from partners and customers, coordinating technical support and resolving administrative and operational questions.
- Prepare and create quotes for assigned partners, manage approval workflows, and follow up on revisions and closings.
- Ensure the validity of contracts and legal documents required by our partners.
- Maintain updated CRM/ERP data and support sales teams in organizing trainings and events.
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams in daily operations and housekeeping tasks.
- Education related to international trade, such as a university business degree or undergraduate/middle academic background.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales administration role supporting international distributors, dealers, or partners.
- IT skills, fluent in Microsoft Office, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Service-oriented mindset, proactivity, and commitment to finding solutions for partners.
- Located in Barcelona.
- Permanent contract and competitive target salary (fixed + bonus).
- 27 vacation working days, flexibility to finish early every Friday, and all summer (8h-15h).
