About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to join our European team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving market development of the MeMed host response technology in the European Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and position the MeMed host response technology solution to align with health system/hospital goals for improved patient care.
  • Engage with Principal Investigators, Core Laboratory Directors, and Reference Laboratory Directors to support commercial efforts.
  • Develop a network of clinical experts in host response and infection control.
  • Uncover medical needs and translate them into simple solutions.
  • Support local scientific meetings, medical congresses, advisory boards, and training activities.
  • Present the value proposition of MeMed host-response technology.
  • Build a solid funnel of opportunities with University Hospitals and Commercial Labs across Europe.
  • Generate proposals for customers, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 9+ years of experience or 7+ years of experience with a Master's degree or Ph.D.
  • Understanding of hospital policy deployment, care pathways, and protocol development.
  • Experience with clinical research and publication activities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven to achieve results and goals.
  • Comfortable with up to 75% overnight travel.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in Infection disease and/or Emergency department.
  • Knowledge of infection detection/control, decision support, utilization management, case management, ED patient workflow, antibiotic stewardship.
