Role Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will assist in the development of marketing materials in various languages to effectively promote our products, services, and brand identity. This position entails supporting the creation of email marketing initiatives, conducting website evaluations, and managing daily application upkeep.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in contemporary design software and will be capable of contributing to every phase of the design process, from initial concept to final output. The Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with various teams across our organization, interpreting written or verbal ideas and transforming them into compelling designs. A solid understanding of branding and marketing principles, along with the ability to adapt styles and layouts according to project specifications, is essential. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities are critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in a diverse array of projects and media, utilizing Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite Software to visualize and create innovative graphic designs that align with business objectives.
- Generate visual concepts, graphics, company logos, brochures, advertisements, social media visuals, email campaigns, and newsletters, ensuring all designs adhere to the company's branding standards and visual identity.
- Incorporate animation and video editing into projects.
- Ensure that each project follows the established Marketing Operating Procedure for routing and approval.
- Maintain daily application operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multinational corporations.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, etc.) or other relevant software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and the commercial printing process.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
