Global Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Training Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Product Inspection Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global training strategies to align with business objectives
  • Manage and lead the global training community, including stakeholder engagement and competence center management
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless training delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to inform future strategy
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
  • Experience: Several years of experience in training, project management, service, or sales roles in a matrix-structured organization
  • IT skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning content software
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; Spanish highly valued
  • Location: Barcelona, Spain
