- Partnership Strategic Planning: Lead the creation and management of joint business plans, setting clear goals, metrics, and targets.
- Value Proposition Development: Identify and develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner, leveraging our brand and tools for mutual growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and lead multi-functional teams to leverage diverse expertise and insights, fostering a collaborative partnership environment.
- Sales Execution: Ensure timely execution of partnership plans, adapt to changes, and continuously seek improvement to achieve partnership goals.
- 3-5 years in sales with a minimum of 4 years in Key Account Management. Expertise in category management, sales negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Proven track record in major account management and executive-level relationship building, preferably in the automotive industry. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; or equivalent experience.
- Strong channel partner relationship building.
- Collaborative teamwork and effective communication.
- In-depth product/category/market/competition knowledge.
- Cross-functional leadership and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level).
