">We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Telesales Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's marketing strategy and driving sales growth in the telesales segment.
">Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.">
- Creating and maintaining content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and newsletters.">
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.">
- SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION OF EVENTS AND TRADE SHOWS TO ENGAGE WITH CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS.">
- Maintaining and updating customer databases to ensure accurate information.">
- Preparing presentations and reports to effectively communicate with internal departments and stakeholders.">
- OVERSEEING THE CREATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MARKETING MATERIALS, INCLUDING DIGITAL CONTENT, PRINT MATERIALS, AND ADVERTISEMENTS.">
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.">
- MANAGING THE MARKETING BUDGET AND ALLOCATING RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY.">
- Building and maintaining relationships with external service providers, media, influencers, and other external partners.">
- Monitoring sales targets and initiating measures to achieve them.">
- SUPPORTING CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSES FOR THE TELESALES SEGMENT AND ENSURING HIGH-QUALITY SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS AND PROSPECTS.">
- Acquiring new customers and controlling outbound activities.">
- Identifying and implementing measures to increase customer potential (up- and cross-selling) as well as planning and realizing sales campaigns.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.">
- Great interest in sales, customer contact, and contact management.">
- Proven experience as a manager in a similar role.">
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.">
- Proficiency in MS Office and common marketing tools.">
- Creativity, teamwork, and strong communication skills.">
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working.">
- BUSINESS FLUENT SPANISH AND ENGLISH SKILLS, BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN.">
