We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Educational Enrolment Consultant. In this role, you will play a vital part in advising and enrolling students from all over the world onto a range of online undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

As an Educational Enrolment Consultant, you'll be responsible for guiding prospective students through the application and admission processes until programme payment and enrolment. You'll build rapport and develop relationships with prospective students, respond to information requests, and assist them in understanding their study options.

This is a sales-experienced role that requires strong communication skills, especially via phone, email, and web platforms. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about education and can perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Build trust and establish long-term relationships with prospective students.
  • Effectively manage 'warm' leads through various channels.
  • Achieve measurable results in a competitive environment.
  • Support prospective students in making informed decisions about their educational pathways.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with prospective students.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially via phone, email, and web platforms.
  • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Estimated Salary:

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package.
