About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our Partnerships team in Spain. This role will be responsible for managing the sales process for wellness providers across Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of prospective partners, understanding their needs and presenting the Wellhub solution.
  • Be responsible for negotiations and bringing in significant new partners to Wellhub on a quarterly basis.
  • Work closely with the regional Partner Sales Director and local German teams to drive business growth.
  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers at target partners and engage with them to build relationships.
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential partners and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience working in high-velocity sales or the fitness industry.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Ambitious and scrappy metrics-driven self-starter.
  • Perpetually optimistic with no fear of rejection or pushbacks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
