We're looking for a talented Sales Business Development Representative to join our team and help us make HR heroes. As a Sales Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and identifying and qualifying prospects through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn. You'll also collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success, and have a growth mindset, continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes, and industry. If you have a proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting, and a passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. We offer a fixed salary together with a variable commission plan, generous PTO, and the opportunity to work with a talented, fun, and kind group of individuals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
