Job Title: Chief Sales Officer

Eticas AI is seeking a part-time Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales efforts and secure key clients in the US and European markets.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with expertise in AI and machine learning to develop and execute a sales strategy aimed at expanding our presence in the US and European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving market entry, securing pilot projects, and converting those into long-term clients for ITACA, our AI audit solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for the US and European markets, identifying industries and companies in need of AI auditing solutions.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients, particularly in sectors like IT, finance, healthcare, and technology.
  • Lead efforts to secure pilot projects with key clients, demonstrating ITACA's value and converting pilots into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on high-potential clients in need of automated bias auditing solutions.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior decision-makers, clearly communicating the value of ITACA and its impact on AI ethics.
  • Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Eticas AI's goals for client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between sales strategies, business objectives, and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates on sales metrics, market opportunities, and client feedback to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer, VP of Sales, or similar sales leadership role in the IT industry, particularly in AI, SaaS, or machine learning.
  • A strong network of contacts in industries deploying AI, such as finance, healthcare, and technology.
  • Expertise in AI and machine learning, with a focus on ethical AI auditing, bias detection, and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and market expansion, particularly in the US and Europe.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
