Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Account Manager to join our global sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our fastening and assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define growth and profit strategy at the customer level, including product selection, timing, and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain key commercial metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Travel frequently to call on customers, build relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or sales.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing OEM/TIER 1 accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of fastening and assembly systems, including product features and applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets and deadlines.
