Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our OEM and Tier 1 customers in the automotive market, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our product development and application teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fastener industry, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategies.
- Proposal Development and Pricing: Develop and present customized proposals to customers, including pricing and product recommendations, to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, ensuring that our terms and conditions are met and that we are providing value to our customers.
- Travel and Customer Engagement: Travel regularly to meet with customers, understand their needs, and build relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our product development, quality, logistics, and operational project management teams to ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with our business objectives.
- Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, to inform our sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or sales, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fastener industry.
- Industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the fastener industry, including market trends, customer needs, and product applications, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, logistics, and operational project management, to drive business growth and revenue.
