About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at ARaymond Network. As a key member of our global sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our fastening and assembly systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our OEM and Tier 1 customers in the automotive market, understanding their needs and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our product development and application teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  3. Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the fastener industry, providing valuable insights to inform our sales strategies.
  4. Proposal Development and Pricing: Develop and present customized proposals to customers, including pricing and product recommendations, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  5. Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with customers, ensuring that our terms and conditions are met and that we are providing value to our customers.
  6. Travel and Customer Engagement: Travel regularly to meet with customers, understand their needs, and build relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.
  7. Team Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our product development, quality, logistics, and operational project management teams to ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with our business objectives.
  8. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share, to inform our sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or sales, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fastener industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of the fastener industry, including market trends, customer needs, and product applications, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality, logistics, and operational project management, to drive business growth and revenue.
