Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the automotive sector? Do you have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth? We're looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our team at THE TALENT ROOM.

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the automotive sector. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth, managing client relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the automotive industry to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage client relationships to expand the customer base and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering or higher education.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the commercial department to demonstrate potential success.
  • Demonstrated experience managing OEM accounts and the automotive sector.
  • Knowledge of KPIs and metrics.
  • Highly desirable to have experience in automotive sales, especially in the fastener industry.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Spanish, proficient in English (C1), French or German desirable.
