About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Avanade as a Business Development Director, responsible for originating, solutioning, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals for all Avanade products, capabilities, services, and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have superb interpersonal skills, the ability to establish strong relationships within new and existing clients within the Microsoft ecosystem, and experience selling across multiple solution areas, preferably enterprise-scale consulting engagements.

As a trusted advisor, you will drive sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level, anticipating and neutralizing obstacles and objections, and influencing internal and external resources to achieve business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Originating and developing new business opportunities
  • Solutioning and qualifying deals
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and revenue impact
