Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Account Management Strategy for BME and SIX Swiss Exchange, with a focus on Spanish clients.
  • Strategically promote equity products and services to achieve revenue and market share targets, while also facilitating cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers across London, Zurich, and Madrid to drive product innovation and ensure successful launches.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with Institutional members and Buy-Side participants, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
  • Generate client analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and address day-to-day queries from members promptly, leveraging internal relationships to resolve issues effectively.
  • Serve as a representative of the Exchange at client events, conferences, and industry seminars, bolstering brand presence and fostering partnerships.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/key accounting experience in Equity markets (ideally within secondary markets).
  • Proficient in sales, interpersonal, and communication skills, demonstrating confidence and professionalism in presentations and business interactions across all levels of member firms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of exchange market models, electronic trading, and their impact on trading volumes, with particular knowledge of Swiss and Spanish market models being advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
  • Collaborative team player with charisma, drive, and strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language skills (written and verbal) at an excellent level, along with very good English language skills.
