Head of Sales and Relationship Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and relationship management efforts in Spain. As a key member of our Global Equities & ETF team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of secondary markets-related products and services associated with the equity franchise of SIX Group.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of sales/key account management experience in equity markets, with a strong understanding of exchange market models, electronic trading, and their impact on trading volumes. You will be proficient in sales, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead account management strategy for BME and SIX Swiss Exchange, focusing on Spanish clients.
  • Strategically promote equity products and services to achieve revenue and market share targets, while facilitating cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers across London, Zurich, and Madrid to drive product innovation and ensure successful launches.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with Institutional members and Buy-Side participants, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
  • Generate client analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Address day-to-day queries from members promptly, leveraging internal relationships to resolve issues effectively.
  • Serve as a representative of the Exchange at client events, conferences, and industry seminars, bolstering brand presence and fostering partnerships.
