Head of Sales and Relationship Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Sales and Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead account management strategy for BME and SIX Swiss Exchange, focusing on Spanish clients.
- Strategically promote equity products and services to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to drive product innovation and ensure successful launches.
- Foster and nurture relationships with Institutional members and Buy-Side participants.
- Generate client analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales/key accounting experience in Equity markets.
- Proficient in sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of exchange market models and electronic trading.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Collaborative team player with charisma, drive, and strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in Spanish language skills at an excellent level, along with very good English language skills.
