Job Title: Head of Sales and Relationship Management

BME - Bolsas y Mercados Españoles is a leading exchange group in Europe, driving the transformation of financial markets. As a key player in the industry, we value innovation and collaboration. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Sales and Relationship Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead account management strategy for BME and SIX Swiss Exchange, focusing on Spanish clients.
  • Strategically promote equity products and services to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to drive product innovation and ensure successful launches.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with Institutional members and Buy-Side participants.
  • Generate client analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales/key accounting experience in Equity markets.
  • Proficient in sales, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of exchange market models and electronic trading.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Collaborative team player with charisma, drive, and strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language skills at an excellent level, along with very good English language skills.
