Head of Sales and Relationship Management

Become a key player in driving the transformation of financial markets with Six Group, a leading exchange group in Europe.
As a Head of Sales and Relationship Management, you will spearhead account management strategy for BME and SIX Swiss Exchange, focusing on Spanish clients.
Strategically promote equity products and services to achieve revenue and market share targets, while facilitating cross-selling initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers across London, Zurich, and Madrid to drive product innovation and ensure successful launches.
Foster and nurture relationships with Institutional members and Buy-Side participants, tailoring services to meet their specific needs.
Generate client analytics to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Serve as a representative of the Exchange at client events, conferences, and industry seminars, bolstering brand presence and fostering partnerships.
Key requirements include a minimum of 5 years of sales/key accounting experience in Equity markets, proficient sales, interpersonal, and communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of exchange market models.
Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a strong commitment to achieving objectives.
Collaborative team player with charisma, drive, and strong business acumen, willing to travel as required.
Proficiency in Spanish language skills (written and verbal) at an excellent level, along with very good English language skills.
