Mammoet, a leading provider of heavy lifting and transport solutions, seeks an experienced Regional Sales Director to strengthen its presence in the Mediterranean region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the industry's technical and commercial aspects.

As a key member of the company's core team in Madrid, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and negotiating projects that align with Mammoet's strategy for the region. This will involve establishing new customer relationships, maintaining existing ones, and driving business growth through effective sales planning and execution.

The role requires a strong commercial and negotiation skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, while proficiency in Excel and experience in the heavy lift sector are highly beneficial. A bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline is also preferred.

Based on the company's global network and unparalleled fleet of equipment, the successful candidate can expect a challenging and rewarding role with opportunities for professional growth and development. In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a corporate bonus scheme and additional benefits.
