**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our core team in Madrid, developing Mammoet's services and expertise in Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean basin region. As a Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and negotiating relevant projects to drive business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities from existing and potential customers
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through account management
  • Creating and executing sales plans aligned with Mammoet's strategy
  • Tendering and negotiation of contracts
  • Providing regular sales reports and analyses to stakeholders

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline
  • Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (verbal and written)
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Knowledge of the heavy lift sector (desired)
  • Social team player with a hands-on attitude
  • Commercial and negotiation skills
