**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to strengthen our core team in Madrid, developing Mammoet's services and expertise in Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean basin region. As a Sales Manager, you will focus on identifying, pursuing, and negotiating relevant projects to drive business growth and profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities from existing and potential customers
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through account management
- Creating and executing sales plans aligned with Mammoet's strategy
- Tendering and negotiation of contracts
- Providing regular sales reports and analyses to stakeholders
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- Fluent English and Spanish proficiency (verbal and written)
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of the heavy lift sector (desired)
- Social team player with a hands-on attitude
- Commercial and negotiation skills
