We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid and strengthen our presence in Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean region.
Job Description
The Sales Manager will focus on identifying and securing business opportunities from new and existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to Mammoet's profitability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales: Identify and secure business from new and existing customers
- Market Development: Assess and select data resources to identify business opportunities and trends
- Account Management: Initiate, maintain, and deepen relationships with customers
- Sales Planning: Develop and realize a sales plan aligned with Mammoet's strategy
- Tendering: Prepare quotations that meet qualitative, technical, and commercial requirements
- Negotiation: Negotiate with internal and external parties to close deals
- Reporting: Provide insights on quantitative and qualitative developments through periodic and ad-hoc reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial discipline
- Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales
- Advanced Excel user skills
- Knowledge or work experience within the Heavy Lift sector is beneficial
- Understanding of logistics processes
- Commercial and negotiation skills
What We Offer
In return, we offer a competitive salary, ranging between €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a corporate bonus scheme and benefits package.
