About This Role

Mammoet is a leading provider of heavy lifting and transport solutions. We're looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our team in Madrid and drive the development of our services in Spain, Portugal, and the Mediterranean region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating projects to meet our strategy and sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with Mammoet's strategy, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform our approach.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality quotations, analyzing inquiries and developing creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate with internal and external parties to close deals, providing regular reports on sales performance and market developments.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or region.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage.
