Sales and Marketing Leader for Spain

We are expanding, and we are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for Spain to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market.
- Execute profitable events and track performance through our event tracker.
- Maximize ROI with allocated marketing budgets by effectively managing marketing campaigns.
- Business development in the Iberian region.
- Managing accounts in a multi-channel environment.
- Forecasting and reporting sales on a quarterly basis.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment.
- Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish at a native level is mandatory, and Portuguese or Catalan are a plus.
- Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with key accounts.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
