About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager for Corporate Travel and Events at Club Med, you will play a key role in developing corporate sales and promoting our all-inclusive resorts as premier destinations for travel agencies and Meetings & Events collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support B2B and MICE business management, providing information and assistance onboarding new clients in the corporate and MICE segments.
  • Manage Key Travel Agencies accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and continued growth.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for individual and group sales, as well as data entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities, and accounts into Salesforce.
  • Follow up on pre-stay, stay, and post-stay of most important Travel Agencies and groups.
  • Product Presentations, Trainings, and Events: Train, prepare, and engage Travel Agencies for key sales moments of Club Med, promote Club Med's resorts and services as key destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.
  • Contract Management and Negotiations: Prepare commercial proposals, secure profitable agreements, manage contract, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful event and incentive program delivery.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, adapt sales strategies based on industry demands, produce regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and account performance.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with operations and event planning teams to ensure successful execution of projects, partner with marketing and communication teams to promote special offers and exclusive packages for Travel Agencies and MICE clients.

Salary Range: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
