We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales efforts in the industrial markets, specifically in Bulk Elemental Analysis. Based in Spain (Remote), this role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading sales/account management activities for assigned locations, defining and driving sales strategies, and ensuring achievement of bookings and revenue goals.
  • Owning all sales/account management responsibilities of specified Thermo Fisher Scientific products to all sites, including resolving any issues.
  • Defining, aligning, and implementing Sales Strategy for the industrial and Materials Science markets.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Material Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or other technical/science degree.
  • Background in Analytical Instrumentation, like Spectroscopy (elemental and molecular), for material characterization and/or process control is appreciated.
  • Proven background in sales management in a related product area (or other fields).
  • An outgoing personality with strong communication skills with a diverse audience enabling closure of sales and solving issues.
  • Systematic problem-solving by working with customers and marketing/service teams.
  • Presentation skills and crafting material for presentations to internal and external audiences.
  • A strong sense of team spirit and cooperation within an account team.
  • Self-starter, eager for healthy competition.
