Enterprise Sales Specialist for Spanish Market

We are on a mission to revolutionize compensation management, making it easier to understand, offer, manage and spend. As a hybrid "Hunter + Farmer" Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving our growth through sales in the Spanish market.
Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual professional with 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in HR, Insurtech, or Fintech. You will have a key client-facing role and represent Coverflex on an everyday basis, leading both new and existing client engagements, driving sales and expanding our customer base.
About You
We are looking for an energetic, sharp, and detail-oriented professional, passionate about selling solutions that transform the status quo. You should be fluent in English and Spanish, have a proven track record in both outbound prospecting and mid-long sales cycles (3-12 months), and skilled in pre-sales, closing, and after-sales with accounts ranging from 50 to 1,000 FTEs. Team player attitude and exceptional at building lasting relationships and leveraging networks for efficient referrals are a must.
The Role
On a typical day, you will lead client engagements, drive sales, expand our customer base, build and maintain robust relationships, understand client-specific needs to tailor solutions, deliver compelling product demos, engage with prospects at various seniority levels, use sales data and CRM tools to manage your pipeline effectively, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape future product developments.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
