Associate Account Manager, Small & Medium Business
At Expedia Group, we're shaping the future of travel. As an Associate Account Manager, Small & Medium Business, you'll play a key role in promoting and developing high-level engagement with Vrbo's Vacation Rental Hosts. Your primary responsibility will be to work collaboratively with Hosts to improve their productivity and results within Vrbo's marketplace. You'll utilize and share unique data insights, marketing, distribution, and revenue management tools with Hosts to maximize production potential. This is a high-volume outbound call-based role, where you'll use your persuasion skills to drive Host behavior on the site, ensuring maximum Host success while providing a quality Traveler experience.
About the Role
As an Associate Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the success of Vacation Rental Hosts on the Vrbo platform. You'll work closely with Hosts to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their results. You'll also be responsible for identifying and addressing any issues that may impact Host success.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a driven and focused individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills. You'll be able to break down complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language and work collaboratively with Hosts to achieve their goals. You'll also need to be diligent and thorough in your work, with a strong attention to detail.
