Associate Director - Pharmaceuticals Business Development

Baxter International Inc, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork, seeks an Associate Director - Pharmaceuticals Business Development to join their team. This role is responsible for developing a network of potential partners and generating leads for licensing or acquisition of portfolio products.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred, and 15 years of experience, including 5+ years in business development/licensing for generic pharmaceuticals. A proven understanding of pharmaceutical development, including regulatory and IP processes, is required.

The Associate Director will work with cross-functional teams to complete due diligence assessments of potential assets and/or acquisitions, perform valuations, and develop term sheets. They will also ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures, as well as all legal requirements.

This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
