Job Title: Associate Director Marketing Prescription

At Almirall, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director Marketing Prescription to lead our marketing efforts for prescription medicines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and meet customer needs.
  • Lead and coach a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
