Job Title: Associate Director Strategy Global Marketing

Join Almirall as an Associate Director Strategy Global Marketing and play a critical role in shaping the future of our dynamic Global Marketing team, based in Barcelona.

This senior, strategic role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage The Long-Term Strategic Plan for the Brand
  • Develop an efficient understanding of the evolution of the AD market and ecosystem
  • Partner with GMI to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Immuno-Dermatology market
  • Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation
  • Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology
Requirements:
  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Economics preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring
  • Expertise in Immunology (specially in in Dermatology) preferred
  • Experience in Strategic Consultancy preferred
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency)
