Global Product Associate Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Product Associate Director to join our dynamic Global Marketing team at Almirall, based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Global Senior Director in developing the Global Brand strategy for our Biologic product for Psoriasis.
  • Partner with different functions and geographies to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary execution at global and local level.
  • Manage a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
  • Collaborate in creating a robust strategic platform for the brand as part of the Global Team.
  • Develop campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Create, develop, and manage digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company's marketing strategies.
  • Secure sophisticated, targeted, and efficient scientific communication using all communication channels.
  • Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, and input into Global strategy.
  • Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
Requirements:
  • 7-8 years of overall experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and minimum of 3-5 years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with Hospital Products is a must.
  • Expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing, and/or biological products is a plus.
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring.
  • Experience in budget preparation and management.
  • English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency). German would be a plus.
