Product Management Director

At Mygwork, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Value Chain Management, Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading global end-to-end value chain management and establishing the strategic direction for assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead global end-to-end value chain management to establish the strategic direction and key areas of focus for assigned products.
- Identify, prioritize, and drive portfolio/network value creation opportunities to maximize brand assets.
- Develop Product Master Plans which define comprehensive global product strategies, including lifecycle management, for each product in the assigned portfolio.
- Represent Value Chain Management on strategic cross-functional teams and act as the primary Manufacturing Division partner with Global Franchise Business brand leadership.
- Direct supply chain design teams for new products and/or product line extensions, including drug substance, drug product, and packaging source decisions.
This is a highly integrative position that requires excellent leadership skills, talent management, team-building skills, project/portfolio management, and exceptional strength in communications.
