Product Management Director

At Advantage 360, we're seeking a seasoned Product Management Director to lead our product team in driving the next phase of our product evolution. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence, conduct competitive research, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with R&D to plan and deliver high-quality product releases on time, with risk mitigation and regular reporting on key metrics.
- Establish and maintain a product roadmap, working closely with customers to commercialize and prioritize new features and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a price book, providing sales and marketing support through RFPs, proposals, and QBRs.
- Conduct quarterly analysis of ongoing product performance, identifying trends, quality issues, and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.
- 8+ years of professional experience in product management, with a strong background in the wholesale and/or enterprise messaging space.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to drive creative solutions and innovations.
- Experience with telecom, including rating, billing, fraud management, roaming, clearing, virtual number management, and CPaaS.
