Job Title: Senior Director New Product Management

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of New Product Management to lead the development and launch of new products in the Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire NPI manufacturing process, from developing manufacturing processes and equipment to establishing pilot manufacturing lines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with R&D and Commercial teams to develop strategies for launching new products through new process technologies.
  • Develop and deploy a technical, talent, and business strategy to address future needs.
  • Provide key Process Engineering capabilities to support manufacturing for all internal and external manufacturing sites.
  • Drive partnership with commercial and R&D to take customer insights and develop them into new product concepts.
  • Optimize the product and process design, and launch with a focus on Supply Chain readiness, timeliness, scalability, stability, and optimal cost of goods.
Requirements:
  • Assess future needs and develop a technical, talent, and business strategy to address those needs.
  • Provide key Process Engineering capabilities to support manufacturing for all internal and external manufacturing sites.
  • Drive partnership with commercial and R&D to take customer insights and develop them into new product concepts.
