Job DescriptionDirector of Product ManagementWe are seeking a seasoned Director of Product Management to lead the next phase of our product evolution. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving planning, execution, and delivery of successful product updates, features, and new add-on modules.
Key Responsibilities- Gather market intelligence and competitive research to understand customer needs and drive value.
- Establish thought leadership in industry groups and communicate the company's solution platform as the clear choice for evolving wholesale and enterprise offerings.
- Lead a team to create compelling content and sales enablement collateral, including battle cards, demos, presentations, training, and one-pagers.
- Educate sales and customer-facing teams on market challenges, trends, and how our client empowers operators to address each one.
- Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies, including newsletters, webinars, customer forums, and more.
- Engage with customers through regular meetings to understand their expectations and needs.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the wholesale voice and Enterprise Messaging industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.
- Excellent market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective content and sales enablement strategies.
- Strong understanding of market trends and challenges in the wholesale voice and Enterprise Messaging industry.
