The Associate Director for MiM Admissions plays a pivotal role in promoting the program and fostering relationships with candidates, corporate contacts, and alumni. This position involves organizing promotional events, managing the admissions process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student applications and maintain class enrollment through targeted recruitment strategies.
- Plan, execute, and analyze promotional events to strengthen IESE's presence and image across targeted regions and demographics.
- Ensure IESE's brand presence is consistently strong across targeted regions and demographics.
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with expense budgets.
- Deliver specific departmental projects as assigned by the Area Director.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate contacts and alumni.
