Role OverviewThe Associate Director for MiM Admissions plays a pivotal role in promoting the program and building relationships with candidates, corporate contacts, and alumni. This position involves organizing promotional events, managing the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities- Student Recruitment: Drive student applications and maintain class enrollment.
- Event Management: Organize and oversee promotional events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Brand Presence: Ensure IESE's presence and image are consistently strong across targeted regions and demographics.
- Budget Management: Ensure compliance with expense budgets.
- Project Delivery: Complete specific departmental projects as assigned by the Area Director.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate contacts and alumni.
