Associate Director Strategy

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Strategy to join our Strategy team at Interbrand Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will lead and develop client projects, drive team capabilities, and contribute to our overall quality and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to the structure, content, and delivery of documents for internal or client use.
  • Lead and moderate workshops, both internal and external.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping to grow relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Contribute to Interbrand's intellectual capital and reputation through thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Strategy to foster a positive culture and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage senior consultants, consultants, or analysts, coordinating, coaching, and reviewing their work.
  • Lead the recruiting process, including shortlisting, interviewing, and summarizing.
  • Actively collaborate with group companies to improve Interbrand's servicing to clients.
  • Define appropriate teams for projects and coordinate project deliveries.
  • Directly contribute to growing revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • General business knowledge.
  • Bilingual Spanish-English.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Degree in Business, Advertising, PR, or similar.
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar business.
  • High degree of computer knowledge.
  • Personal and professional skills: passion for working with leading brands, ability to collaborate across functions, self-starter, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
