### Job Title: Associate Director

### Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Patient-Centered Solutions (PCS) team at IQVIA. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading multiple consulting projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and contribute to the execution of PCS CNS Practice projects, including design, development, and delivery of client deliverables and presentations
* Provide oversight, tracking, and monitoring for COA CNS Practice projects
* Plan, organize, and manage resources (internal and external) to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives
* Leverage business experience and acumen to identify strategic alternatives and project approaches to client questions
* Share PCS CNS subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients
* Serve as key point of contact with clients, developing relationships through face-to-face discussions, telephone, and email contact
* Provide follow-up with clients after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction
* Identify opportunities for expansion of PCS CNS Practice offerings, internal and external to IQVIA, by developing and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads

### Requirements:

* 5-8 years of professional experience in consulting within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progression
* Knowledge of regulatory guidance documents and scientific guidelines relating to clinical outcome assessments
* Understanding of instrument development and validation processes
* Ability to draft abstracts, posters, oral presentations, and manuscripts
* Familiarity with methodology around eCOA and translations
* Experience in and commitment to the life sciences and/or healthcare industries
* Minimum of 2-3 years of project management experience focused on multinational strategic consulting projects involving CNS indications
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business, and report writing
* Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects and juggling priorities to meet deadlines while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes
* Experience working in sizable/multi-disciplined teams and leading staff
* Experience in developing credible relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
* Ability to contribute to business development through the identification of leads, development of proposals, etc.
