Job Title: Strategy and Expansion Associate

We are seeking a talented and innovative Strategy & Expansion Associate to join our growing Group Business Development Team.

About the Role

The Strategy & Expansion Associate will be a core member of the Strategy & Expansion team, responsible for launching and supporting new country operations, evolving the Go-To-Market strategy, and defining Verisure's new adjacent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the definition of the Go-To-Market strategy, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support countries' business team & Finance team in the implementation of these processes and tools.
  • Define adequate processes and tools for operational and financial follow-up.
  • Analyze operational & financial data to drive conclusions and prepare management reports.
Requirements

We are looking for experienced professionals with 3-4 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or industry, preferably in strategy, finance or operations.

High affinity towards data and technology with ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes.

Strong business sense, understanding the business impact of KPIs.

Location

The position will be based in Madrid (Spain) with Pan European travel expected (about 25%).

Reports and Organizational Structure Directly reporting to KPI s & Distributed P&L; Manager.
