Job Title: Sales and Mobility Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Mobility Solutions Specialist to join our team at Europcar Maroc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for capturing and maintaining our client portfolio in the assigned area, driving business growth and increasing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Search for new business opportunities and analyze the best mobility solutions for our clients.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take appropriate measures to ensure we meet their expectations.
  • Coordinate with Management Control to ensure pricing strategies are met and profitability is maintained.
  • Attend sectoral events to increase our company's presence and enhance business relationships.
  • Promote commercial performance by improving service quality and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Ensure effective complaint management and collaborate with the marketing department to maximize campaign impact.
  • Follow internal procedures and standards to guarantee the quality and ethics of our service and commercial performance.
  • Monitor and report performance to maximize the use of tools such as Sales Force.
