About the Role
The B2B and Used Cars Manager at BYD Europe plays a crucial role in developing the company's representation within the Direct Customer and dealer B2B channel, focusing on corporate sales, fleet management, and used cars. This position involves active collaboration with distribution partners to create a cohesive brand proposition and implement commercial policies.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and support fleet and corporate sales within the distribution channel and with dealer partners, developing necessary policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develop the Direct Customer business area by creating the brand proposition, coordinating dynamics with Partners, and implementing commercial policies.
- Aquire new Direct Customers to realize solid car parks for fleet owners.
- Negotiate contracts with Direct Customers, considering volumes and model-mix aligned with BYD Europe targets.
- Prepare quotation proposals, calculate margins, and consider budgets while negotiating.
- Create bonus-driven volume programs and realize kick-back constructions.
Requirements
This role requires a Higher Vocational (Bachelor) degree in commercial/business economics or engineering. The ideal candidate has solid experience working in an NSC distribution model, preferably with Fleet sales business. Previous knowledge of current BYD Spain Dealer partners is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range
€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
