About the Role

Tesa is a multinational company with a portfolio of innovative adhesive tapes and self-adhesive system solutions for various industries. We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our successful global team in Madrid, Spain.

Main Functions:

  • Provide fact-based information to customers and support the Marketing mix.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local decision makers.
  • Manage all tesa resources and competences to contribute to project success.
  • Negotiate complex listings, prices, and contracts.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor or Master level education.
  • 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in Automotive and/or tapes industry.
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills and talent for networking.
  • Knowledge of the sector and assigned market segment.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for building long-term partnerships.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Tesa offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a performance-based bonus scheme.
