About the Role

SailPoint is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
  • Utilize your experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales to deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Work closely with a team of field sales counterparts to maximize revenue in target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written German language skills.
  • Prior experience in selling complex SaaS-based solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days per week in the office.
