Amadeus is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within a specific territory or customer segment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze local market specifics and identify new business opportunities within a specified geographic territory or customer segment.
- Validate leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Promote and offer products, services, and solutions through direct contacts and virtual events.
- Use virtual tools to deliver engaging business or product presentations.
- Identify customer-specific needs and deliver informative virtual sessions to present the proposal and guide the customer through the implementation process.
- Create new accounts and log contact details of potential customers.
- Manage and discuss deals using various digital communication channels.
- Actively participate in the sales process and report on campaign progress.
About the Ideal Candidate :
- 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment with good exposure in data analysis and sales processes.
- Understanding of the travel industry and travel agency environment is desirable.
- Fluency in English required, excellent verbal and written skills.
