About the Role

SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.
  • Utilize your experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales to deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Collaborate with a team of field sales counterparts to maximize revenue in target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
